Other Conditions:
The Dam level has decreased slightly again since last month. We are

and structures that may be protruding from or just below the water

A few Barbel were also caught while fishing for Tiger Fish, also caught on sardine.
Bait of the Month:
Most were caught on sardine and chicken livers.
General Info:
We have purchased 4 new pontoon boats which we have called
Jacana’s, which can carry 8 passengers plus our skipper, and have
a gas braai on board. These are excellent boats, which are already
proving to be popular. See below photos:
We are also planning to expand the bait selection which we can
make available to our guests. We are planning to make Capenta
(dead bait) available and also looking at breeding our own live
bait, on which most of the larger Tiger Fish are caught. We hope
to have all this in place by the time the summer arrives and the
fishing season gets underway.
